Le prophète (pbsl) a dit : " le fort n'est pas celui qui bat son adversaire, mais plutôt celui qui s'avère capable de se maîtriser en cas de colère "

“The Prophet (SAWS) had never become angry over anything from the worldly life. He (SAWS) used to say, “The strong is not by his strength, rather the strong is the one who restrains himself in anger.”
